Charactorium is a cultural quiz and collection game published by Zwyk Studio. This page tells you how to reach us, and what you can do yourself, from inside the game, when something is wrong. We want it short and honest: it describes only what exists today.
1. Writing to us

We read every message and usually reply within a few business days. We are a small team: if your request concerns your account, include your in-game username — without it, there is often nothing we can check.
2. Reporting a player, or blocking them
You meet other players in duels. In a duel lobby, under your opponent's name, two actions are open to you.
Report this player. A sheet opens and asks what is wrong with this player:
- Their name is offensive
- Their behaviour is out of line
- They are cheating
- They are impersonating someone
- Something else — you can then write freely what you saw
Your report is reviewed. As the game itself says: nothing changes on one report alone — we group reports before acting, so that no single player can have another pushed out on their own.
Block this player. This is a separate action, immediate, and it waits for no one: you will no longer meet them in any duel. A block works both ways — the person blocked will not run into you either. It prevents you from meeting again; it does not erase duels already played, which belong to both of your histories.
If that is not enough, write to us at zwykstudio@gmail.com. Include your username, the username of the person concerned, and what happened. Messages reporting abuse are handled first.
3. Reporting something wrong in the game
Charactorium is about real people and real history. We do get things wrong, and the game lets you say so at the exact place where you saw it.
On a character page, an object or an interview, a report link sits under the content: A fact is wrong · The image is off · This shouldn't be here · The translation sounds off · Something else.
On a quiz question, during a game: The expected answer is wrong · Several answers are right · I have seen this question before · The translation is wrong or missing · Something else.
These reports reach us with what we need to find the content concerned. There is nothing else for you to do.
4. Your account and your data
Deleting your account is done in the app, not by email: open your account screen from your avatar, top right, then Delete my account. The game asks you to confirm and tells you what it takes with it: this cannot be undone: your progress, username and duels will be deleted. Your payments are kept, anonymised, as the law requires.
